1. How does TigerCinema work?
Sign-up for our Free Trial and begin adding DVDs to your rental queue then we will ship your order with free shipping and no late fees! After your trial period expires, continue receiving DVD rentals based on your selected membership plan
(visit Membership for details). With each order, once you finished viewing the DVD, re-pack it into the free, prepaid envelope provided and mail it back. After we receive your return, we will send you the next title from your rental queue.
2. What is a rental queue?
The rental queue is where your movie and TV series selections will be saved. It's similar to a shopping cart.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes. We pay for the delivery and return of each order using pre-paid shipping envelopes.
6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This will depend on the availability of the DVD you have selected, the postal service, and your location. We are committed to having your order delivered to you in the most expedited manner however we realize that while the postal service states that first-class mail takes between 1 - 3 days to be delivered, it does not guarantee delivery in this timeframe.

Our most popular plan allows you to have up to 3 DVD movies out at a time. We also offer a 2 DVD movies out at a time plan and an affordable 1 DVD movie out at a time plan. No matter which plan you choose, you can rent any DVD movies and exchange them as frequently as you like.

TV Series Plan:
For the TV series enthusiasts we offer 1 and 2 TV Series out at a time.

2. How many rentals per month do I have for the membership plans?
Based on the membership plan you select, you have the following maximum number of rentals per month:
1 Movie-at-a-time = 7 rentals per month
2 Movies-at-a-time = 12 rentals per month
3 Movies-at-a-time = 15 rentals per month
1 TV series-at-a-time = 3 rentals per month
2 TV series-at-a-time = 6 rentals per month
1 Movie and 1 TV Series-at-a-time = 10 rentals per month
2 Movies and 1 TV Series at-a-time = 14 rentals per month
2 TV Series and 1 Movie at-a-time = 14 rentals per month
3. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, members can cancel at any time during the Free Trial or after subscribing. Cancellations are free and can be completed on-line.
4. When and how often will I be billed?
Your subscription will begin as soon as your free trial expires. Your billing cycle will be based on when your subscription starts and will be billed monthly to the credit card on file.
5. How do I retrieve my lost password?
You can click on the "sign in" link at the upper right of the page and follow the "forgot password" link to have your new password emailed to you. Or click here. Once you receive the email, visit the sign in page to log in.
2. Are my transactions on the TigerCinema website secure? Is my personal information secure?
TigerCinema has a number of security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your credit card and personal information. We use industry-standard tools to ensure that your information is secure and confidential including the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal information for your credit card or check card number; before it travels over the Internet.

TigerCinema currently operates throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not operate outside of the United States.

Yes! We now offer faster shipping for all members using the TigerCinema "Advanced Shipping" notification service.
This service allows you to instantly notify TigerCinema when you have mailed back your rented DVD. Upon notification, TigerCinema will immediately ship the next available DVD on your queue before we receive your rented DVD.

1. What is "TigerStream"?
TigerStream is an online video-on-demand service from TigerCinema that allows members to instantly stream and watch full-length movies and TV series titles directly on a PC, laptop, or TV.
2. What are the minimum system requirements to use TigerStream?
To watch and purchase the TigerStream videos, you must meet the following:
1. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox Mozilla 2.0 or higher
2. Windows XP or Windows Vista
3. Windows Media Player 11 or higher
4. A 300K or better Internet connection: we recommend a cable or DSL connection.
3. How much does it cost to stream a video?
Streaming a video or TV episode typically costs between $1.99 to $5.99 to purchase a streaming license. The licenses may also have different viewing periods from 24 hours to 3 days to watch a film.
4. How do I stream a video?
Select the video you would like to watch by click on the cover art of the video and click on the "Watch Now" button. This will take you through to check out. After your payment is processed, you will see a "Play" button to watch the video. You will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to finish watching the video.
5. What is my viewing period when I purchase a license?
The viewing period for streams is 24 hours. Remember that the viewing period's "clock" is tied to your time of purchase. So if you purchase a stream of a video at 6:00PM on Monday, you will have until 6:00PM on Tuesday to completely view the video.
7. How do I connect my PC or laptop to my TV?
If your PC or laptop has an S-Video output connection, you simply need to connect an S-Video cable from your computer to your S-Video input on your TV.

1. What are the DVD region codes listed in the title descriptions?
The worldwide distribution of DVDs are divided into eight geographical regions. Each DVD is assigned a specific "Region Code" and can only be played within the specified region(s). Please make sure that your DVD player is compatible to the DVD(s) you are getting.
Region 0 or All: Represent the DVD can be played Worldwide.
Region 1: United Stats, Canada, U.S. Territories.
Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, Greenland and the Middle East.
Region 3: South East Asia (including Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan).
Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central American, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean.
Region 5: Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia.
Region 6: China.
Region 7: Reserved.
Region 8: Special international venues (airplanes, cruise ships, etc.).
2. Why are some titles listed as "HK Version" or "Thai Version"?
DVDs are made for different countries and for different languages. As a result, we may carry the same movie or TV series title but in different DVD versions. However, there are no differences between the same title except subtitle and language availability, and/or DVD region coding.
